🚀 Hiring: Marketing Head | Surat (On-site)
This is not a conventional marketing role.
This is an opportunity to build culture, experiences, engagement, and brand influence at scale.
You will lead brand strategy, digital growth, AI-led innovation, luxury experiences, and customer engagement across generations — from traditional luxury buyers to Gen Z audiences.

✔️ Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing or Business
📍 Location: Surat
Qualifications
- Strong marketing planning and execution skills, including campaign development, brand positioning, and market analysis, ideally within automotive or premium consumer brands.
- Experience with both digital and offline marketing channels, such as social media, local advertising, events, and partnerships, with the ability to tailor strategies to the Surat market.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including tracking key marketing metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing concise reports for leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, OEM partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Demonstrated people and project management abilities, including coordinating multiple initiatives, managing timelines and budgets, and leading cross-functional projects.
- Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role in automotive, retail, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment and a strong customer-centric mindset aligned with premium brand standards.
