Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly order targets (10+ tons) across 4 regions
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks for pure silver products
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across all assigned markets
- Build strong relationships with silver dealers, wholesalers, and large retail chains
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets
- Lead and manage regional sales teams with clear performance KPIs
- Travel extensively to meet customers and close high-value deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain for timely delivery
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand in the silver segment
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry
- Experience in pure silver / bullion / silver products is highly preferred
- Strong dealer and distributor network
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across regions
