Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at our Mysore location. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and enhancing brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks will involve digital and traditional marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing social media content, and ensuring the effectiveness of promotional activities. The role will play a key part in driving both online and offline customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
- Skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO optimisation
- Content Development and Copywriting expertise
- Proficiency in Branding, Advertising, and Public Relations
- Strong organisational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret marketing analytics and report results effectively
- Proficiency with marketing software/tools such as CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree is a plus
