About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who combines strong SEO skills with the ability to use AI tools to produce content at scale. You'll lead a team of Graphic designers and intern, and be directly responsible for growing our organic presence, generating leads, and building brand authority online.
What You'll Do
SEO & Website
- Run technical SEO audits and fix issues - site speed, structure, schema
- Build keyword strategies and create content briefs for blogs and landing pages
- Use Claude (AI) to scale content production without compromising quality
- Oversee a backlink building programme (~10 quality links per month via intern)
Social Media & Brand Building
- Plan and publish regular posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp
- Work with designers to produce carousels, infographics, reels and visual content
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar that builds brand visibility and engagement
- Grow our community presence on relevant forums, Quora and industry groups
Team Management
- Direct graphic designers on daily content and campaign asset needs
- Manage the marketing intern on content distribution, formatting and research
- Keep the team on a structured production schedule with clear deadlines
- Coordinate with Sales Heads to understand market requirements and align marketing output accordingly
Paid Marketing
- Own and manage Google Performance Max, Search Ads and Meta campaigns
- Optimise ad spend for B2B lead generation with a focus on ROI
- Report on campaign performance and make data-backed budget decisions
Content & Authority Building
- Create monthly industry insight reports using internal data and AI analysis
- Develop client case studies showing before/after results with DJUBO
- Run co-branded campaigns and newsletters with our OTA and payment partners
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools - Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Confident user of AI tools, especially Claude, for content and research tasks
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns in a B2B environment
- Experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth outcomes
- Someone who manages a small team and keeps output consistent and high quality
- Data-driven where decisions are based on numbers, not gut feel

- Consistent social media posting schedule with improving engagement
- Qualified leads generated through paid campaigns within budget
