Role: Marketing Manager – Performance & Digital Growth

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven marketer with strong exposure to performance marketing, digital campaigns, marketing automation, funnel strategy, and modern martech ecosystems.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that digital marketing today is deeply interconnected across paid media, content, automation, analytics, attribution, CRM journeys, and consumer behavior.
The ideal candidate should be someone who is genuinely passionate about digital growth, understands how funnels work end-to-end, and enjoys experimenting with new marketing technologies, tools, and AI-led workflows.
You will work closely with the marketing leadership team and contribute towards building scalable acquisition, engagement, and conversion systems across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Drive lead generation, acquisition, and conversion-focused growth campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and improve funnel journeys across ads, landing pages, WhatsApp, CRM, and sales touchpoints
- Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, campaign analysis, and experimentation
Funnel Strategy & Digital Ecosystems
- Understand and optimize full-funnel consumer journeys
- Work closely on attribution, tracking, UTM structures, and campaign reporting
- Improve lead quality and funnel efficiency through structured optimization
- Support lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives
- Collaborate on conversion-focused landing page and campaign strategies
Marketing Automation & Martech
- Work with modern martech and automation tools across CRM, WhatsApp, analytics, reporting, and campaign management
- Support automation-led workflows for lead nurturing and engagement
- Maintain dashboard hygiene, reporting systems, and campaign tracking structures
- Contribute towards AI-led marketing experimentation and automation initiatives
- Explore new tools, systems, and digital growth practices continuously
Content & Social Ecosystems
- Align content and campaign strategy with performance objectives
- Collaborate with content, design, and social teams for integrated campaign execution
- Understand content distribution, audience behavior, and platform dynamics
- Support social media growth and engagement initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, sales, academic, and design teams for campaign execution
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities
- Contribute towards reporting, reviews, and marketing planning discussions
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital growth
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and campaign journeys
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort around dashboards and reporting
- Understanding of UTM tracking, campaign optimization, and consumer behavior
- Exposure to martech tools and modern digital marketing ecosystems
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability
Good to Have
- AI-led marketing workflows and automation exposure
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, CRM tools, WhatsApp tools, etc.
- SEO understanding
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, Consumer Internet, D2C, or SaaS environments
- Experience scaling campaigns and digital ecosystems
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Someone who is genuinely interested in digital marketing and growth ecosystems
- Strong curiosity towards marketing technology, automation, and AI tools
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to think strategically while being execution-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agency + in-house exposure will be an added advantage
