Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Hyderabad. The Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies, develop campaigns, and oversee digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and business growth. Responsibilities include market research, creating marketing initiatives, managing social media channels, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business goals. The Marketing Manager will also work on nurturing client relationships and effectively communicating CXOrbit's value proposition to its audience.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Data-Driven Marketing
- Strong Market Research, Content Development, and Analytical skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Communication
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Relevant experience in a leadership or strategic talent consultancy role is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
