MUST-HAVES:
- 8-10 years marketing experience with proven campaign execution
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Loyalty Programs, CRM, or Customer Engagement
- 1-2 years experience in Travel & Hospitality industry
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign management (digital, CRM, email, offline channels)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategy
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and customer segmentation software
- Hands-on experience executing social media campaigns at scale and managing multi-channel social strategies
- Track record of analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations that improve engagement and member participation metrics
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to articulate strategy and influence stakeholders
- Campaign management expertise with proven ability to design member lifecycle campaigns
- Ability to drive targeted, personalized engagement strategies using data analytics
- Experience implementing tier-based and occasion-based campaigns
- Understanding of member activation, frequency, and retention strategies
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent educational qualification
