Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team full-time at our location in Rudrapur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. Day-to-day tasks include market research, planning and executing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, collaborating with sales teams to align strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. This is an on-site role, offering an opportunity to drive growth and impact directly in the agricultural sector.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Team Collaboration
- Problem-solving and Data Analysis capabilities
- Experience working in the agriculture or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives
