Role Description
Craffords India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – 360° Marketing Lead who can take complete ownership of marketing strategy and execution. This is a critical leadership role where the candidate will act as the on-ground extension of management and drive integrated marketing initiatives.This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Gurugram, India. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing marketing initiatives, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and overseeing performance marketing activities. Responsibilities will include managing communication channels, collaborating with creative and technical teams, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data for insights, and driving business outcomes. The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Understand and strengthen the brand positioning of the company and its clients.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
2. 360° Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute both ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
3. Sales Coordination
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture quality leads.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and conversion targets.
4. Digital Marketing Supervision
- Supervise digital marketing activities including social media, campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
5. Campaign & Execution Management
- Oversee marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
- Experience in coordinating with sales and digital marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
