About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead both online and offline marketing activities for our mobile app. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving app downloads, user engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and on-ground activations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital / Online Marketing
- Plan and execute app marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and app promotion channels.
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve app visibility and downloads.
- Create and optimize user acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI.
- Handle email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and promotional materials.
- Manage social media presence and online brand reputation.
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline promotional activities, events, activations, and partnerships.
- Coordinate branding campaigns including kiosks, pamphlets, banners, and local advertising.
- Develop relationships with colleges, businesses, agencies, and local partners for app promotion.
- Organize ground-level user engagement activities and promotional events.
- Track offline campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop monthly marketing plans and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Prepare performance reports with KPIs including downloads, CAC, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in app marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, ASO, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and campaign management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage both online and offline campaigns independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or mobile app ecosystem.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and growth hacking.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience handling regional/offline campaigns.
