Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Vadodara, India. The Marketing Manager will oversee and develop marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The role also includes overseeing content creation, optimizing campaigns for performance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand positioning expertise
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
- Experience with content creation, proofreading, and copywriting
- Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the construction or consultancy industry will be a strong advantage
