Marketing Manager
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive audience engagement for our animation films, IPs, and creative projects. The ideal candidate should understand digital storytelling, content marketing, and audience building within the media & entertainment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage and grow the studio’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with film launches, IP campaigns, and studio updates
- Create engaging posts, reels, teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional creatives
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategy for growth and reach
2. Brand & Campaign Management
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for film releases, OTT launches, events, and studio announcements
- Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
3. Content & Communication
- Draft press notes, social media captions, newsletters, and website content
- Coordinate PR activities and media outreach (if applicable)
- Manage website updates and ensure fresh, relevant content
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
- Use data insights to improve content performance and ROI
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in media, animation, films, OTT, gaming, or creative industry)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content trends
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with film promotions or creative studios
- Understanding of animation, VFX, gaming, or digital content industry
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage
