We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager 🐻

Brawny Bear is a date-powered nutrition brand from Mumbai- nut butters, energy bars, chocolates, and more. Zero added sugar. 100% dates. Stocked in corporate & hotels, like TAJ Hotels, and Google.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who lives and breathes D2C - someone who can own our growth engine across Meta Ads, Google, quick commerce, content, and influencer marketing.

What this role is really about:

→ Scaling D2C revenue with sharp performance marketing

→ Building a brand people genuinely care about

→ Owning the Shopify storefront end-to-end

→ Creating content that converts and stories that stick

→ Direct access to founders + real ownership from Day 1

You'll thrive here if you:

✅ Have 3–6 years in D2C or FMCG marketing

✅ Can run Meta/Google Ads and hit ROAS targets

✅ Think in CAC, LTV, conversion rates — not just impressions

✅ Are a storyteller who also reads dashboards

✅ Want to build something — not just manage something

Based in Mumbai. Full-time.
