Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager, based in Mumbai with flexibility for partial remote work. The Marketing Manager will oversee developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include creating and managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving communication strategies. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
- Strong Analytical Skills, Market Research expertise, and Data Interpretation abilities
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
- Project Management, Team Collaboration, and Leadership capabilities
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Agility to adapt in a hybrid working model and manage priorities effectively
