About Us:

We've formed strategic partnerships with top retail and government mass transit organizations in India
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns targeted at transit operators, retail partners, and urban commuters across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and content marketing that support product adoption and merchant onboarding for Billeasy's SaaS platform.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms) to track funnel performance, derive insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency specific to B2B and B2C acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, and present data-backed reports on campaign impact to internal stakeholders and leadership.
2. Offline Campaigns
- Conceptualize and execute offline marketing campaigns including transit media, out-of-home advertising, on-ground activations at transit hubs, retail touchpoints, and partner locations.
- Work closely with city-level operations teams and channel partners to ensure campaigns are contextually relevant and effectively executed across geographies.
- Visit transit and retail operation sites regularly to understand real-world adoption patterns and align offline campaigns with on-ground consumer behavior.
- Manage budgets for all offline initiatives and track performance through defined metrics tied to platform usage and merchant engagement.
3. Overall Marketing and PR Strategy
- Design and own the annual marketing roadmap for Billeasy, aligned with product launch cycles, city expansion plans, and SaaS growth targets.
- Build integrated 360-degree campaign strategies that connect digital, offline, and earned media to drive both B2B pipeline and B2C product adoption.
- Lead market research efforts focused on the FinTech, transit, and retail sectors to identify competitive gaps, commuter behavior shifts, and partnership opportunities.
- Drive PR efforts including media relations, press coverage in FinTech and mobility publications, thought leadership positioning, and brand reputation management in the SaaS space.
- Act as a marketing liaison for transit and retail clients, designing co-branded campaigns and go-to-market strategies that meet client briefs while reinforcing Billeasy's platform value.
- Oversee marketing budgets across internal brand initiatives and client projects, ensuring optimized allocation with clear ROI accountability.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, building a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning.
4. Social Media
- Own Billeasy's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms relevant to the FinTech and mobility ecosystem.
- Develop a consistent content calendar that communicates product updates, platform milestones, partner stories, commuter impact narratives, and industry thought leadership.
- Monitor platform analytics to track engagement, reach, and audience growth, and iterate on content strategy based on what resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Stay current with platform trends, FinTech content formats, and best practices to ensure Billeasy's social presence reflects a credible and forward-thinking SaaS brand.
Eligibility and Prerequisites
- Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a FinTech, SaaS, mobility, or tech-driven brand.
- Proven ability to manage digital and offline campaigns end to end, across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and at least one CRM platform.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, performance dashboards, and data presentation to mixed audiences.
- Understanding of the Indian FinTech landscape, digital payments ecosystem, and urban transit or retail consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of SaaS product marketing concepts such as onboarding funnels, feature adoption, and churn reduction is a strong advantage.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex product narratives into compelling campaign messaging.
- Creative, self-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel to regional offices, transit hubs, and partner locations as required.
