Bhawani Group of Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging products for industrial and commercial applications since 1985. Our product portfolio includes rigid plastic containers, caps, cans, drums, and barrels catering to sectors such as FMCG, lubricants, cosmetics, pharma, chemicals, and other industrial segments.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager who can drive business development, expand our customer base, and build long-term relationships with industrial buyers and brands.
Position: Marketing Manager
We are seeking a professional with 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales / marketing of plastic packaging, industrial packaging, or related manufacturing products. The ideal candidate should have strong market connections, the ability to generate new business, and a practical understanding of customer requirements in packaging-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for rigid plastic containers, caps, cans, drums, and barrels.
- Generate new business opportunities from industries such as FMCG, lubricants, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agro, paints, and other manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, industrial buyers, procurement teams, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Identify new customers, market opportunities, and product applications for rigid plastic packaging.
- Handle customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into long-term business.
- Coordinate with internal production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, customer preferences, and new packaging requirements.
- Work toward increasing market penetration and achieving monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, business pipeline, order status, and market feedback.
Candidate Profile :-
- 10–15 years of experience in sales / marketing / business development in plastic packaging, industrial packaging, polymers, drums, cans, containers, caps, or related B2B products.
- Strong network in industries such as FMCG, lubricants, cosmetics, pharma, chemicals, etc.
- Good understanding of industrial selling, packaging requirements, and B2B customer handling.
- Ability to independently develop business, handle key accounts, and close orders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market development.
- Products ranging from : 5ml upto 250ltrs
Qualification :-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹ 8 to 10 LPA fixed CTC
(Compensation may be aligned with candidate profile, experience, and industry fit.)
