Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager – B2B Growth, Social & PR, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include planning and executing B2B growth strategies, managing social media platforms, coordinating PR campaigns, and analyzing marketing trends and performance metrics. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the founders to enhance brand presence and foster relationships with external partners, media outlets, and relevant stakeholders.
What you'll own
- B2B demand generation — build pipelines for buyers and suppliers through targeted campaigns, outbound sequences, and content-led inbound strategies.
- Growth & acquisition — own the full growth funnel: AEO, paid media, referral programs, and conversion optimisation.
- Social media — manage LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube; grow our brand presence and engage both buyer and supplier communities.
- PR & communications — drive earned media in business and trade press and manage press releases and brand storytelling.
- Content & thought leadership — produce case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports that position BharatTender as the definitive B2B marketplace in India.
What we're looking for
- 2–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce platform
- Hands-on with social media tools, Google/Meta Ads, and HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
- Strong writer in English and Hindi; able to craft compelling narratives for business audiences
- PR experience with established or buildable media contacts in business/trade press
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup with high ownership and autonomy
