Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns to promote products and services, analyze market trends, and ensure customer engagement and brand consistency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving brand growth and strengthening our market presence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Branding
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Customer Insights, and Competitor Research
- Excellent Leadership and Project Management skills
- Proven ability to develop creative content and messaging for marketing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage content production (shoots, visual direction)
- Experience in the design, architecture, construction industry or painting industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Positioning & Strategy
• Define and execute BEYONDCOLOR’s positioning in:
• Lime plasters
• Terrazzo systems
• Decorative architectural finishes
• Build a luxury-material narrative (Italian quality, craftsmanship, performance)
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, social, samples, brochures)
2. Architect & Designer Ecosystem Development
• Develop engagement strategies for:
• Architects
• Interior designers
• Builders & developers
• Plan:
• Studio visits
• Material presentations
• Sampling programs
• Build long-term specifier relationships
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Own end-to-end digital funnel:
• Instagram (visual storytelling)
• Google Ads (intent capture)
• LinkedIn (B2B targeting)
• Generate high-quality project leads (not volume-based leads)
• Work with agencies or manage in-house execution
4. Content & Visual Direction
• Lead creation of:
• Project shoots (photo + video)
• Application process content
• Texture & finish showcases
• Ensure content reflects premium/luxury positioning
• Avoid generic or low-quality creatives
5. Website & Conversion Optimization
• Oversee website structure:
• Project-first presentation
• Finish categories
• Technical documentation
• Improve conversion:
• Inquiry forms
• Lead qualification
• Landing pages for campaigns
6. CRM & Sales Alignment
• Implement and manage CRM system
• Track:
• Leads
• Architect interactions
• Project pipeline
• Align marketing efforts with sales closure
7. Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations
• Coordinate:
• Digital campaigns
• Offline activations
• Exhibitions / design events
8. Performance Tracking
• Track and report:
• Cost per qualified lead
• Cost per site visit
• Conversion to order
• Average project value
