Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our premium residential architectural projects and wellness sector services. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in luxury/sublime residential projects and wellness segment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, developers, and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/technical teams for tailored proposals
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Prepare and present business proposals, cost estimates, and pitch decks
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track leads through CRM tools
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, branding, and lead generation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–6 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in architecture, real estate, interior design, or wellness industry)
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings / project concepts (basic understanding preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation platforms, Autocad, Canva
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in high-end residential or luxury project sales
- Exposure to wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Jaipur real estate
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred but not mandatory)
