Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
· Identify target audiences and create effective positioning
· Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently
· Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
2. Brand Management
· Build and maintain strong brand identity and positioning
· Ensure consistency across all marketing channels
· Manage brand communication and messaging
3. Digital Marketing
· Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing campaigns
· Manage website content and optimization
· Track and improve lead generation and conversion rates
· Work closely with designers and content teams
4. Campaign Management
· Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
· Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
· Launch product campaigns and promotional activities
5. Team Management
· Lead and mentor the marketing team
· Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, design)
· Manage external vendors and agencies
6. Analytics & Reporting
· Track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI
· Prepare regular reports for leadership
· Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, etc.
7. Partnerships & Growth
· Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities
· Work on brand tie-ups and influencer marketing
· Explore new marketing channels for growth
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
MBA (preferred)
Experience:
· 4–8 years of experience in marketing
· Proven experience in digital and offline marketing
· Experience in managing teams and campaigns
Skills:
· Strong strategic thinking and execution ability
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
· Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
· Creativity and problem-solving approach
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Lead generation & conversion rates
· Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
· ROI on marketing campaigns
· Brand awareness & engagement metrics
· Revenue contribution from marketing
