Job Summary:
Aquascape Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing initiatives for our Aerospace and Fountain divisions. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, identifying new markets, and promoting the company’s manufacturing capabilities in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Aerospace, Defence, Engineering, Fountain, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, architects, government agencies, and international customers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Develop digital marketing initiatives through LinkedIn, website promotions, email campaigns, and industry portals.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, marketing reports, and business development plans.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Support export marketing activities and international customer development.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and business development.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or industrial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and lead generation platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing / Business Development.
• Engineering background will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering, Fountain Systems, or Export Marketing preferred.
Compensation:
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
