🧑💼 Position Overview
- Location: Hybrid (Guwahati)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
- Industry Preference: Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, OTA, or Service-based Sales
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our on-site team in Guwahati. This individual will lead and execute marketing campaigns, develop strategies to increase brand visibility, and manage digital marketing efforts. The role involves conducting market research, crafting compelling marketing content, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, ensure brand consistency, and actively contribute to collaborative marketing initiatives across the organization.
🎯Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead digital marketing efforts across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing channels
- Optimize campaigns based on data, ROI, and performance metrics
- Drive growth in social media presence (Instagram & Facebook) with measurable results
- Develop and manage content calendars in collaboration with the content team
- Execute and oversee influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and brand collaborations
- Plan and manage offline/conventional marketing efforts (print media, partnerships, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Define and refine customer personas, target markets, and go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing with revenue goals
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Support SEO efforts including basic on-page optimization and keyword alignment
✅Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in digital-first or startup environments)
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and performance insights
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content alignment)
- Basic working knowledge of Canva for quick marketing creatives
- Proven track record of growing social media platforms and generating revenue through marketing efforts
- Solid understanding of customer personas, target audience segmentation, and GTM strategies
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and traditional marketing channels
- Highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on data and performance metrics
- Excellent creativity and ability to think out of the box
- Strong planning and execution skills, especially in managing content calendars
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

💰Compensation
Fixed: ₹22,000
High Performance Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000+
Total Potential: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000
