A fast-growing company in the HRTech and recruitment software sector building an intuitive applicant tracking system (ATS) for modern businesses. We simplify hiring workflows, improve recruiter productivity, and help customers scale hiring with data-driven automation and delightful product experiences. This role is based in Bengaluru and is fully on-site.
Primary Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to drive qualified leads for the sales funnel.
- Create and manage content programs (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to accelerate funnel conversion and support product launches.
- Run and optimise paid media and performance channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads), working with agencies and vendors to maximise ROI.
- Develop email nurture flows and marketing automation journeys to increase activation, retention, and expansion using HubSpot/Marketo.
- Partner with Sales and Product to build positioning, sales enablement assets, and ABM programs that shorten deal cycles with target accounts.
- Track campaign performance with Google Analytics, CRM, and BI tools; translate data into actionable optimizations and regular leadership reporting.
