Job Summary
We are looking for a
high-impact Marketing Manager from a
fintech/BFSI background who can drive
end-to-end marketing across product, content, and digital channels.
This role requires a strong understanding of the
entire digital ecosystem—website, app, social, performance, and content, combined with the ability to
translate complex financial products into simple, engaging, and compliant communication.
The candidate will be responsible for building
brand narratives, executing campaigns, driving product adoption, and optimizing user journeys, while ensuring all communication strictly adheres to
RBI guidelines, financial advertising norms, and compliance frameworks.
You will work closely with
product, tech, UI/UX, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless execution across touchpoints—right from
idea to execution to performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Marketing & User Journey
- Drive marketing for financial products across app and website
- Simplify complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly communication
- Improve feature adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize end-to-end user journeys and funnels
- Website, App & UI/UX Understanding
- Manage and optimize website and app content, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance usability and customer experience
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates through data-driven insights
- Content Strategy & Social Media
- Develop and execute a robust content strategy across social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and oversee blogs, app content, social media posts, and campaign communication
- Write scripts for reels, explainer videos, and educational series
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand voice
- Video Content, Reels & Ad Shoots
- Conceptualize and execute reels, and long-format videos for the brand
- Lead shoots end-to-end: ideation, scripting, storyboarding, and direction
- Coordinate with internal/external teams for high-quality production output
- Stay updated with content trends while maintaining brand credibility
- Brand Campaigns & Communication
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital channels
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across app, website, and social platforms
- Align campaigns with business goals and performance metrics
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Drive organic traffic through SEO strategies and content optimization
- Conduct keyword research and improve search visibility and rankings
- Ensure content balances discoverability with financial accuracy
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Use insights to continuously optimize campaigns and user funnels
- Design & Tools (Canva)
- Create quick creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Collaborate with designers for advanced creatives
- Maintain visual consistency and brand standards
- Events & Activations
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and on-ground activations
- Integrate offline events with digital amplification strategies
- Drive brand visibility and lead generation
- Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure all communication adheres to RBI guidelines and financial compliance standards
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams for approvals and risk mitigation
- Avoid misleading claims; ensure transparent disclosures and fair representation
- Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing (Mandatory)
- 5–6 years of experience in fintech, BFSI, or digital-first companies
- Proven track record in digital marketing, product marketing, and brand campaigns
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, financial communication guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing websites, app journeys, social media content (including topicals, moment marketing), ORM and content ecosystems
- Prior experience in video-led content is a must (reels, ad shoots, campaigns)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) and SEO platforms
Travel Requirement
- Might need to travel for relevant brand events/seminars/sessions/organization events (if any)
