About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team in the role of Renewable Energy Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and environmental objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy industry. Strong knowledge of solar, wind, or other renewable energy technologies is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required to effectively manage multiple projects and teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with a thorough understanding of regulatory standards and environmental policies, is also necessary.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects from initial conception through to commissioning and handover. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Monitor project performance and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Manage project documentation, contracts, and procurement activities. Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
