About The Role
The Marketing Manager at Parul University plays a pivotal role in driving the institution's outreach and engagement initiatives. This position involves extensive travel to various locations for seminars, school and college visits, and educational events. The primary responsibility is to promote the university's programs and offerings by delivering impactful presentations to prospective students and their parents. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders to enhance the university’s visibility and reputation. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for organizing and managing educational events, ensuring their smooth execution and success. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, with a strong academic background. Local candidates are preferred to facilitate regional outreach and relationship-building. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with students, parents, and educational partners. A proven track record of organizing events and executing marketing strategies successfully will be highly valued. The ability to travel extensively and adapt to diverse environments is also a key requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across designated regions to conduct seminars, school visits, college visits, and participate in educational fairs and events.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective students and their parents, highlighting the university’s strengths and program offerings.
- Counsel students on various academic programs and guide them in making informed career decisions aligned with their interests and goals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and other stakeholders to promote the university’s brand and programs.
- Coordinate and manage educational events, ensuring effective planning, organization, and execution to maximize outreach impact.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to regional needs and demographics to enhance enrollment and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups to support ongoing engagement and conversion efforts.
- Collaborate with the university’s marketing and admissions teams to align outreach activities with overall institutional goals.
