About the role:
The Branding & Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing branding, advertising, and marketing activities for the group’s businesses. The role requires hands-on experience in ATL and BTL marketing, digital marketing management, brand positioning, and target audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Plan and manage ATL and BTL advertising campaigns with a strong focus on target audience engagement.
● Handle and oversee the complete digital marketing portfolio, including social media, online campaigns, and brand promotions.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing initiatives and creative campaigns.
● Build brand awareness and maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.
● Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for marketing improvements.
● Support promotional activities, events, partnerships, and marketing activations.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Branding & Marketing.
● Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or multi-business groups will be preferred.
● Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
● Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign management.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
● Ability to understand target audiences and create effective brand campaigns.
● Strong organisational and execution capabilities.
