About the Job
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing initiatives for a premium, round-the-clock concierge brand. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a strong understanding of luxury, personalization and high-touch client experiences, who is eager to grow within a global environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership, concierge operations and external partners to help strengthen brand presence, support member engagement and execute impactful marketing campaigns across markets and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Positioning
Support the execution of the global brand narrative across digital, offline and member communications.
Ensure brand tone, discretion and luxury standards are maintained across all marketing materials
Assist in implementing brand guidelines across regions, partners and vendors.
2. Marketing Strategy & Growth
Assist in developing and executing quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Support acquisition initiatives targeting UHNI, HNI and premium corporate clients.
Research and propose new growth channels, partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the luxury ecosystem.
3. 24/7 Global Operations Support
Work closely with concierge operations to support real-time campaigns, urgent communications and service-led marketing initiatives.
Ensure marketing assets, offers and messaging are updated, organised and readily available across regions and time zones.
4. Digital, Content & Campaign Management
Execute digital marketing initiatives across website, CRM, email and social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for content creation including editorial pieces, curated luxury offerings, travel and lifestyle storytelling.
Support planning and execution of seasonal, festive and global campaigns.
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
Support the marketing of partnerships with luxury brands across hospitality, aviation, fashion, watches, wellness and experiences.
Assist in co-creating campaigns, member-only offers and curated privileges with partners.
Act as a coordination point between internal concierge teams and external partners.
6. Member Engagement & Retention
Support member communication strategies to drive engagement and retention.
Help execute personalised journeys for different client segments.
Assist with loyalty initiatives, premium gifting concepts and surprise-and-delight moments.
7. Data, Analytics & Performance
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics and basic ROI across channels.
Prepare reports and dashboards with insights for senior stakeholders.
Use learnings to optimise campaigns and improve future executions.
8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work collaboratively with sales, concierge operations, partnerships and leadership teams.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and freelancers.
Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining brand standards.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in marketing within luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, concierge or premium services.
Exposure to multi-market or global brand environments is a plus.
Basic understanding of UHNI/HNI customer expectations and luxury sensibilities.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM tools and campaign execution.
