The Marketing Manager at StyleUAI is responsible for building the brand, driving user acquisition, and creating high-impact digital campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and fashion-forward audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Positioning
- Define and maintain StyleUAI’s brand voice (trendy, Gen Z, AI-fashion driven)
- Ensure consistency across Instagram, website, and campaigns
- Create a strong identity in the AI + fashion space
2. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Plan and execute viral content (reels, carousels, trends)
- Stay on top of Gen Z trends, memes, and aesthetics
- Work closely with designers/content creators
3. Performance Marketing
- Run paid ads (Instagram, Google, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for conversions (signups, purchases)
- Track CAC, ROI, engagement metrics
4. Influencer & Creator Collaborations
- Identify and partner with micro & macro influencers
- Manage barter and paid collaborations
- Build a creator community around StyleUAI
5. Growth & User Acquisition
- Plan campaigns to drive traffic to www.styleuai.com
- Experiment with growth hacks, referral programs, viral loops
- Focus on converting users from social → website
6. Analytics & Strategy
- Track campaign performance using data
- Optimize based on insights (what works / what flops)
- Present reports and growth strategies
