At Shree Ram Stone, we are one of Kishangarh's leading natural stone businesses — and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who doesn't just execute tasks, but thinks, creates, and drives real results.

📌 Role: Marketing Manager (Full-Time | On-site)
📍 Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan
💼 Experience: Freshers to 5+ years — all welcome
💰 Salary: Based on skills & experience + performance incentive
✅ You must have these skills:
→ Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) — running campaigns and getting results
→ Branding — building a consistent brand image online and offline both
→ Online Marketing — SEO basics, content strategy, organic growth
→ Offline Marketing — events, local campaigns, B2B tie-ups, referrals
→ AI Tools — ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other tools for faster execution
→ Team Coordination — briefing and managing freelancers (video, SEO, design)
🎯 Our Interview Process:
We will give you a live practical test — "Give us 3 marketing ideas for Shree Ram Stone right now." Only candidates who can think on the spot will be shortlisted.

→ You only know one skill (e.g. only design or only reels)
→ You have never practically run Meta Ads
→ You cannot explain the difference between branding and marketing
