Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Partner Marketplaces to manage and grow Alcis Sports across leading online marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and similar platforms.
The role will focus on driving marketplace visibility, sales growth, campaign performance, ROAS, catalog optimization, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketplace marketing across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and other partner platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns for EOSS, festive sales, payday sales, and platform-led events.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for visibility placements such as banners, homepage slots, push notifications, and category placements.
- Manage marketplace ad spends and optimize ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC.
- Improve product listings, titles, keywords, descriptions, imagery, and A+ content.
- Track daily and weekly sales, GMV, sell-through, ad performance, and profitability.
- Build reports and dashboards to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Coordinate with inventory, pricing, content, design, and finance teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, offers, assortment, and marketplace trends.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace marketing, or digital commerce.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ads, visibility levers, catalog optimization, and campaign planning.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and marketplace analytics.
- Ability to manage GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, discounts, and profitability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, Shopify, or marketplace dashboards.
- Experience working with marketplace account managers and platform-led campaign calendars.
