We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – International Markets to lead our global marketing initiatives with a strong focus on revenue generation, demand generation, and market expansion.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving international business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and revenue-focused campaigns targeting global markets. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can work closely with the sales team to build a strong revenue pipeline and convert marketing efforts into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies focused on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Plan and implement demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales to develop targeted campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and content marketing.
- Identify and target new international markets and customer segments for business growth.
- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics, ROI, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead management processes to support the sales pipeline.
- Build and execute brand positioning and thought leadership initiatives in global markets.
- Plan and manage webinars, virtual events, partnerships, and industry campaigns to drive inbound leads.
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to develop high-impact marketing assets that support sales efforts.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, IT services, SaaS, or digital agencies.
- Strong experience in international marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to revenue growth.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to build and manage a revenue pipeline.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience targeting US, Europe, or Middle East markets is a strong advantage.
