Marketing Manager – Growth & Digital Acquisition
Compensation: Starting from ₹150,000 per month + performance bonus
Location: India (Remote)

Bridgegold is a bespoke private-client advisory serving international HNWI families seeking residency and citizenship by investment solutions.
This is the most critical marketing hire in the company.
You will build and control Bridgegold’s digital acquisition engine — from first touch to qualified lead to revenue alignment.
This is not a support role. This is an ownership role.
Role
You will design, execute and continuously optimise Bridgegold’s growth system across multiple programmes and international markets.
You are responsible not only for generating leads, but for ensuring those leads are qualified, structured and commercially viable.
You will also take responsibility for coordinating and enforcing execution across SEO and CRM functions.
Core responsibilities
Paid acquisition & growth ownership
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Operate across multiple countries, programmes and languages
• Allocate budgets based on performance, not assumptions
• Continuously improve CPL, CAC and conversion rates
Funnel & qualification architecture
• Design lead qualification systems that protect sales bandwidth
• Define scoring logic, filters and rejection criteria
• Build high-conversion funnels (landing pages, forms, WhatsApp, call flows)
• Ensure lead quality is aligned with revenue reality
CRM & performance control
• Work directly with CRM manager to ensure full tracking and attribution
• Define and validate conversion events
• Monitor and control CPL, CAC, conversion and sales acceptance
• Build a closed feedback loop between marketing and revenue
SEO, website & developer coordination
• Work closely with SEO manager to align acquisition and organic strategy
• Work with developers to build and continuously improve the website
• Ensure strong understanding of both structure (UX, funnel, conversion) and creative (messaging, positioning)
• Translate strategy into clear developer instructions
Social media & lead warming
• Use social media as a trust and pre-qualification channel
• Structure content that prepares leads before they enter the funnel
• Ensure social presence supports acquisition, not vanity metrics
Team coordination
• Coordinate and drive execution across SEO and CRM roles
• Ensure alignment between channels, tracking and outcomes
• Maintain execution discipline across the marketing function
What matters
• 5+ years hands-on advertising experience across multiple countries, platforms and languages (non-negotiable)
• direct ownership of campaign budgets and performance (not reporting or coordination)
• proven track record of building and improving acquisition systems
• proven execution of successful campaigns across multiple markets
• ability to demonstrate CPL / CAC performance and improvements
• experience working with SEO managers, CRM managers and developers
• experience building or improving websites with both structural and creative understanding
• experience working with HNWI audiences is highly desirable
• strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without supervision
