Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our consumer‑focused marketing initiatives, particularly in the IVF insurance and services segment. This role will report to Head Product - IVF and will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative D2C campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute D2C go‑to‑market strategies for IVF insurance and related services.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine positioning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, underwriting, operations) to align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and industry stakeholders.
- Track KPIs related to campaign performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a MBA from Tier 1/2 college
- Must have atleast 3 years of experience in consumer‑focused D2C start up brands.
- Hands‑on expertise in creating and successfully executing D2C GTMs and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the services industry would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
