Marketing Manager – B2B Solar Projects (Field & Industrial Marketing)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Industry Preference: Solar / EPC / Electrical / Industrial Sales
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred

Date Energy is a growing Solar EPC company delivering end-to-end solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar power plant projects. We specialize in rooftop and ground-mounted systems, helping industries reduce energy costs through reliable and high-quality solar installations.
Role Overview -
This is a pure field-based B2B marketing role, focused on lead generation and industrial outreach for solar EPC services.
❗ Important: This is NOT a digital marketing role.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with on-ground marketing, industrial visits, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Generate qualified leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in industrial and commercial segments
- Conduct regular field visits in MIDC areas, industrial zones, and business clusters
- Execute door-to-door outreach to factories, warehouses, and commercial establishments
- Perform direct B2B communication via:
- Emails
- WhatsApp outreach
- Cold calling & follow-ups
- Build and manage channel partners, consultants, and referral networks
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and networking meets
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and coordinate closely with the sales/technical team
- Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (Plant Heads, Owners, Admin, Purchase teams)
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing / field marketing / industrial sales
- Background in any of the following industries:
- Solar / Renewable Energy
- EPC / Electrical
- Industrial Products / Services
- Infrastructure / Engineering
- Proven experience in:
- Field marketing & lead generation
- Industrial client handling
- Cold outreach and relationship building
- Comfortable with:
- Door-to-door visits
- Travelling across industrial areas
- Target-based lead generation role
Skills Required -
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Ability to build professional networks and references
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycle
- Self-driven and proactive in field activities
Education & Language -
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Marathi is mandatory (for local client interaction)
