Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can help us expand our presence in the HDPE & DWC pipes market. This is not a desk-only role—you will work closely with sales, visit markets, and build strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Build and expand dealer & distributor network across regions
- Identify and connect with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies
- Generate qualified leads and support conversion with the sales team
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities (site visits, exhibitions, meetings)
- Manage digital platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, catalogues, basic branding)
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
- Support participation in tenders, institutional sales, and large projects
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in B2B marketing / business development
- Preferably from pipes, construction materials, infrastructure, or allied industries
- Strong understanding of dealer networks & field marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-ground
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
Preference
- Existing network in construction / infra ecosystem
- Experience with government or institutional projects
- Familiarity with HDPE / DWC pipes or similar products
