This role offers hands-on exposure across sales, client servicing, and research, enabling students to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing through live projects and real-time industry experience.

Program Structure

• In the first year, trainees will gain exposure across various divisions of the company.
• Based on performance, they will be aligned with the function where they demonstrate the strongest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client requirements and ensure smooth coordination
• Research and build targeted databases for campaigns
• Assist in executing B2B events and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on live projects
• Track performance and maintain reports

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (Marketing) – Fresher (2025/2026 batch).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with multitasking and taking ownership.
