About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can solve growth problems across multiple digital businesses.
Unlike traditional marketing roles focused on a single brand, this role requires someone who can quickly understand different business models, identify growth opportunities, and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with founders, product teams, and clients to design and execute marketing systems that support digital platforms, marketplaces, content ecosystems, and online businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving marketing challenges across multiple industries rather than working on a single product.
What You Will Do
Growth Strategy for Client Businesses
Work closely with founders and product teams to understand business models and identify the most effective growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
• defining acquisition strategies
• mapping customer journeys
• identifying high‑leverage growth channels
• designing structured marketing roadmaps
You should be comfortable adapting strategies across different digital businesses such as:
• digital platforms
• creator ecosystems
• marketplaces
• content platforms
• commerce and consumer internet businesses
Creator & Community Growth
Many digital platforms depend on creators, contributors, and communities.
You will design and execute systems to:
• attract creators and contributors
• activate early users
• build community engagement
• encourage organic distribution
Examples may include:
• creator outreach programs
• community engagement initiatives
• influencer collaborations
• curated content programs
Content & Authority Marketing
Develop content strategies that build credibility and audience trust for both the company and its clients.

Digital Distribution & Social Channels
Execute and optimize marketing across relevant digital platforms including:

Case Studies & Marketing Assets
Translate successful client work into clear marketing narratives and assets.

Analytics & Growth Experiments
Marketing decisions should be data‑driven.
You will:
• track acquisition and engagement metrics

• marketing dashboards

• 6–8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing
