Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, market research, and generating qualified leads to support sales and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified business opportunities.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Generate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering.
- Build and maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Create engaging marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in marketing and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing and demand generation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in campaign ROI analysis and optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
