🔍 Brief
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to shape how Turf Town shows up to the world.
You’ll own storytelling, campaigns, and the overall marketing quality bar at Turf Town.
Location: Chennai
📢 Important: This is a senior role for someone with strong taste, brand experience, and the ability to lead execution end-to-end. If you haven’t worked on campaigns or built a brand voice before, this role isn’t the right fit.

🎯 What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with the founder to bring ideas to life and turn them into high-quality marketing output.
- Take rough ideas and turn them into sharp, well-executed campaigns — from concept to final output across formats
- Define how Turf Town looks and feels across everything we put out — setting the bar for design, copy, and overall aesthetic
- Direct and elevate all content by working closely with our team — pushing for quality across video, social, shoots, and on-ground execution
- Own Turf Town’s presence across social, ads, on-ground, and brand touchpoints — ensuring consistency and quality across everything we put out
👀 What we’re looking for
Taste and storytelling come first.
- Strong sense of design, copy, and overall aesthetic — with the ability to write or direct copy across formats
- Experience working on brands, campaigns, or content that stands out
- High ownership — comfortable working directly with the founder and taking ideas from concept to execution
- A natural flair for storytelling
- A strong connection to sport — you actively play, follow, or deeply understand the culture

- You’ve worked with strong consumer brands (D2C, content-first startups, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or content ecosystems
- You’ve been part of an early-stage or fast-growing team
