Role Description
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for transitioning our brand from its
strong foundation into a recognized authority in multiple geographies. You will own
the marketing pipeline, focusing on generating high-quality leads, managing
marketing campaigns through implementing marketing strategies, and
collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. This is a high-impact role
requiring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. This leadership position
demands a strategic thinker who can align marketing efforts with the company’s
broader vision while overseeing a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a roadmap to position the brand as a top-tier industry
leader in the US market. Expertise in Public Relations to build brand
awareness and manage external communication.
• Thought Leadership Strategy: Curate and promote "TEDx-style" content and
messaging-simplifying complex concepts (like Agentic AI) into compelling
narratives that resonate with the masses and executives alike.
• Build and manage a robust B2B marketing pipeline focused on high-ticket,
relationship-based lead generation.
• Identify and leverage key industry networks, events, and partnerships to foster
direct executive connections.
• Global Website Management: Oversee the transition and optimization of the
website for global market, ensuring it serves as a high-conversion authority
hub.
• Authority Content: Drive the creation of whitepapers, proprietary framework
documentation and case studies that prove ROI and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, including interns,
ensuring all social media and marketing activities align with the "Authority-
First" mission.
Essential Qualifications
• Proven skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and
execute successful marketing strategies.
• Market Knowledge: Proven track record of successfully navigating and
building brand authority within the American and Indian market.• Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of authority-based marketing vs.
transactional marketing (SEO/Content vs. SEM).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical topics into
clear, mass-market language without losing professional depth.
• Experience in conducting Market Research to identify trends, opportunities,
and actionable insights.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, collaboration, and team management skills
to lead a dynamic marketing team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• A go-getter, ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and work
with top leadership.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong ability to integrate market intelligence to drive business decisions.
• Experience in the design, tech, or UX industry is a plus.
• Capability to use AI tools for marketing automation.
