Role - Marketing Lead

About The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Marketing Lead to own and build the entire marketing function end-to-end.
This is a high-impact builder role for someone who thrives in fast-moving B2B SaaS environments and enjoys creating systems from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and design teams to shape how the market understands our product, category, and value proposition.
You will lead brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid social, partnerships, and event activations — while building the foundation for scalable growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, storyteller, and growth builder.

This role offers the opportunity to build the marketing function from a strong foundation and grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Ownership
- Own and lead the complete marketing function end-to-end
- Develop and execute the overall GTM and marketing strategy
- Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting structures
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on growth priorities
Demand Generation
- Build and scale pipeline-generating campaigns across channels
- Drive demand generation through:
- Content marketing
- SEO
- Paid social (LinkedIn primary)
- Partnerships and co-marketing
- Events and webinars
- Improve funnel conversion and lead quality across stages
- Track and optimize CAC, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact
Positioning & Messaging
- Define and evolve category positioning and product messaging
- Create compelling narratives for different customer segments
- Build differentiated messaging frameworks based on customer insights and JTBD thinking
- Shape how the market perceives the brand and product
Content & Brand
- Lead content strategy across:
- Website
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Founder content
- Product marketing assets
- Sales enablement materials
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
- Write or guide high-quality long-form and short-form content
Team Building & Leadership
- Hire, mentor, and manage the marketing team as the company scales
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and customer success teams
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners when needed
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
- Build and execute partner/co-marketing initiatives
- Explore creative growth experiments and new acquisition channels
- Identify opportunities to improve awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation
Must-Have Requirements - 6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience owning the marketing function end-to-end
- Proven experience scaling marketing from 0→1 or 10→50 stage environments
- Strong expertise in demand generation and growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Content marketing
- SEO
- LinkedIn paid campaigns
- Funnel optimization
- Excellent writing and communication skills across:
- Brand messaging
- Product narratives
- Ad copy
- Long-form content
- Experience hiring and managing marketing teams
