Role Expectations:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2C app growth, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Lead end-to-end brand operations, managing brand identity, voice, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels
- Architect and manage airport OOH advertising strategies, leveraging strategic placements in airport terminals and transportation hubs
- Manage performance marketing campaigns with meticulous focus on KPIs, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for campaign automation, audience targeting, predictive analytics, and content optimization
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across all channels—social media, email, content, paid advertising, and partnership marketing
- Manage substantial marketing budgets (₹50 Cr+), ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
- Build and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in B2C app marketing or mobile app growth
- Strong background in the travel industry (preferred: travel apps, hospitality, transportation, or tourism marketing)
- Demonstrated expertise in airport OOH advertising, including understanding of placements, audience reach, and campaign effectiveness
- Proven experience managing end-to-end brand operations, including brand strategy, messaging, design, and communication
- Proven performance marketing expertise with track record of optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI and conversion metrics
- Experience managing marketing budgets of ₹50 Cr and above with strong financial acumen and accountability
- Well-versed in AI-powered marketing tools and platforms for automation, analytics, content generation, and customer intelligence
- Strong data analytics background; proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
