Role Description
We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role (remote + on‑site).
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building a marketing team from scratch for Tidy Ninja and a podcast channel
- Bringing proven skills to increase customer acquisition rates
- Managing online platform presence (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Taking overall ownership of Tidy Ninja's marketing without supervision
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize results
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement ideas and execute marketing operations.
Qualifications
- An MBA degree in Marketing is a plus.
- Must have minimum 2 years to maximum 6 years of work experience as a Marketing Lead or in a related role (candidates with more than 6 years of experience will not be considered)
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must (spoken and written) – for content creation and team coordination
- Experience in logistics, home services, or on‑demand service platforms is a plus
- Ability to build and lead a team from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of platform visibility (SEO, social media algorithms, content trends)
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills for brand building
- Ability to work well under stress and meet deadlines
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI is a plus.
