About the Role:
Weβre seeking a Marketing Lead to build brand presence and trust among the MSME sector using lean, high-impact, cost-effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
π Lead lean brand building to position the brand as the default delivery partner for small businesses
π Drive PR & earned media β craft narratives for MSME-focused publications and secure measurable coverage
π Produce high-utility content (case studies, success stories, how-to guides) and nurture MSME communities
π Fuel growth with messaging, creative assets, and sales collateral for performance marketing and partnerships
π£ Ensure brand consistency across onboarding and activation touchpoints
π€ Collaborate with growth, product, and sales teams to support bottom-line results
Requirements:

Proven track record of building/scaling brands with limited budgets
β
Deep understanding of the Indian MSME/SMB market β their mindset, trust drivers, and media habits
β
PR-savvy with ability to pitch stories editors want to publish
β
Hands-on creator β comfortable moving from strategy to execution (e.g., case studies, social posts)
Preferred:
β Startup experience
β Experience adapting global brand messaging to local Indian contexts
β Portfolio of content or PR campaigns with measurable business results
