WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING LEAD (STRATEGY & EXECUTION)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Mode: Onsite | Full-Time | Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Lead who can own marketing end-to-end. This is not a coordination-only role—you will define strategy, execute campaigns, and drive measurable business growth across multiple industries under one leadership mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Review and refine creative, ad copies, captions, and campaign structures.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Ensure websites are updated with the latest offerings, events, pricing, and brand messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all digital and offline touch points.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Lead marketing initiatives across Real Estate, Hospitality, Events, Residences, and F&B ventures.
Requirements:
6–12 years of marketing experience.
Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing.
Proven experience in both strategy development and campaign execution.
Experience handling multiple brands or industries.
Background in Hospitality, Lifestyle, Real Estate, or Consumer Brands is an added advantage.
