Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketing Lead who can build Kannanware's brand presence, drive organic growth, and generate a steady pipeline of inbound interest. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on — you will own the website, SEO, LinkedIn, content, campaigns, and events. You will also coordinate co-marketing initiatives with SAP as our principal partner.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Presence
- Own the Kannanware website — content updates, design improvements, landing pages, and performance optimisation
- Manage and improve the site using WordPress or equivalent CMS; coordinate with developers for larger builds
- Ensure the website reflects current offerings, case studies, and positioning at all times
SEO & AI SEO
- Drive organic search growth through on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content-led link building
- Stay ahead of AI-driven search trends (SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT citations) and adapt the content strategy to capture visibility in AI-assisted discovery
- Conduct regular keyword research aligned to SAP solution areas and buyer intent
LinkedIn & Social Media
- Own Kannanware's LinkedIn page — content calendar, post creation, engagement, and follower growth
- Build thought leadership through founder-led content, employee advocacy, and industry commentary
- Run LinkedIn lead generation campaigns (organic-first, paid where justified)
Content & Campaign Planning
- Develop a quarterly content calendar covering blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emailers, and social posts
- Create or brief content that speaks to CXOs, Finance Heads, and Operations Leaders evaluating ERP solutions
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tied to SAP solution launches, industry events, and seasonal buying cycles
Events & SAP Co-Marketing
- Plan and execute Kannanware-hosted events — roundtables, webinars, and in-person seminars
- Coordinate with SAP's partner marketing team to participate in SAP-led events, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives
- Manage end-to-end event logistics — invites, registrations, collateral, follow-ups, and post-event reporting
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, content marketing, and LinkedIn growth
- Working knowledge of AI search trends and how they are reshaping B2B discovery
- Proficient with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong writing skills — able to simplify complex ERP/SAP topics for a business audience
- Experience managing or coordinating with vendors (designers, developers, agencies)
- Prior experience with SAP partner marketing or enterprise IT marketing is a significant advantage
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes without a large team behind you
