About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Head who specializes in performance marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in running high-converting campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, especially for niche and premium audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Drive high-quality lead generation for premium matchmaking services
* Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversions
* Develop device-based targeting strategies and audience segmentation
* Build and manage niche audience funnels (HNI / Elite segments preferred)
* Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
* Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives & messaging
* Track and report KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
* Stay updated with latest trends in digital advertising & performance marketing
