Marketing Lead → Future CMO
Steele | Australian Fashion Brand
Hybrid: Noida + Australia travel
Steele is an Australian women’s fashion brand with a strong design identity, loyal influencer community and growing global presence.
The next phase is ambitious: scale the brand across Australia, US/EU and eventually India — while building a world-class global marketing engine from India.
We’re looking for someone in their late 20s to mid-30s who wants to do more than “run campaigns.”
This role is for someone excited by the idea of helping build the future CMO office of a global fashion business.
What you’ll own
- Lead the full marketing direction of Steele globally
- Drive topline growth while owning marketing efficiency and ROI thinking
- Work closely with the Creative Director on brand positioning, launches and storytelling
- Lead in-house teams across:
- Performance marketing
- CRM/Klaviyo
- Social & influencer
- Content/assets
- Retention
- Build marketing calendars linked tightly to launches, drops and business goals
- Translate numbers into action:
- ROAS
- CAC
- Retention
- LTV
- Conversion
- Revenue growth

We’ll probably get excited if you:
- Think commercially, not just creatively and can connect marketing activity to actual business numbers
- Have experience managing high-performing in-house teams/agencies
- Understand fashion, aesthetics and customer psychology
- Enjoy fast-moving environments where strategy + execution both matter
- Like solving growth problems, not just reporting them
- If you’ve worked with Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, influencer-led brands, D2C fashion or global consumer brands.
