Marketing Lead – Global Fashion Brand
📍 Location: Noida, Hosiery Complex
👤 Reports To: CEO & Creative Director
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive global brand growth across all paid & organic channels. The role combines brand strategy, performance marketing, content leadership, customer engagement, and merchandising alignment to maximize revenue, customer growth, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand, content, and marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, email & website.
- Own marketing P&L, budgets, ROI, and revenue growth.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
- Align campaigns with product launches and merchandising goals.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team across performance, retention, social media & creative assets.
- Use analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance and profitability.
